                      Senior IT solution pre-sales manager

IT products including: X86 Server, Storage, Virtualization solution, Private Cloud solution, VDI solution, HPC solution, DR etc…
Position Responsibility
1. Support Pre-sales to win the project in Huawei branch offices of Regional countries. Achieved the goal of IT products and solution sales order Amount. Sometimes in charge of Key Account Project.
2. Doing market insight and supporting to build market strategy in the sector of North Africa IT market.
3. Participating in Regional IT industry event, conference, summit and sometimes as a speaker showing influences.
4.  As a trainer, Training Huawei partner’s pre-sales staff solution knowledge and sales capabilities.

1. Supporting to achieve The goal of IT products Sales Order Amount goal and growth of busine
2. The market insight report in some of regional countries or name account customer.
3. The assess result of you from audience/customer/colleague feedback to, while you as a trainer and event speaker.
2.2 Position requirements
Basic Requirements
Education background
Bachelor degree above
Work experience
  •  At least 6+ years experiences as IT technical Pre-sales, in IBM, HPE, EMC, DELL, Fujitsu, NetApp, Lenovo, SAP, Oracle, VMware, Microsoft, or other’s main stream vendor’s.
  • Having been the director/Senior IT solution Pre-sales in IT Main vendors, or TOP 5 System integrator, consultant Company in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt etc.
Language 
  •  Fluent French and good English is the work essential language. 
  •  Sometimes as a speaker in Summit or workshop by fluent French with customer, especially French countries in Africa.
Professional Knowledge
  •  Full Knowledge in Server/ Storage/ Virtualization/ VDI/ Private Cloud/ HPC/ DR & Backup solution etc.
  • Familiar main stream vendors Product & Solution technology and advantage/ disadvantage
Professional skills:
  • Good conference speaker
  • Energetic, Inspiring,
  • Strong team work ability, excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Willing to learn new technologies and business
Additional Requirement
  •  Willing to be based in one of North Africa Countries (Tunisia, Egypt for example)
